Abstract

The paper presents the training and foster ing teachers according to capacity theory approach. C apacity approach will help us to change the way of training teacher , recruiting , using, assessing in education and in human resource management in educational organizations. In other words, we can enhance professional ability of teachers, moderniz e the traditional pedagogical profession. Capacity approach in training and fostering teachers requires a change in the perception of pedagogical profession and the preparation for theory application capacity to solve problems in training process and fostering teachers such as building a capacity framework or build ing a capacity dictionary, etc.
