“Consultation” and “petition” activities on the economy and finance of The House of Commons in Annam in the years 1930 – 1945
Abstract
The article systematically, comprehensively and specifically presents the “consultation” and “petition” activities on the economy and finance of The House of Commons in Annam over the period of 1930 to 1945. Accordingly, we can understand the purposes, objectively evaluate the results and explain the impact of the “consultation” and “petition” activities of The House of Commons in Annam on the economy - society in general and people’s lives in Annam in particular. In addition, we can learn from the historical experiences to partly reform the current citizen-voted entities in Vietnam.
