Applying a pilot model and evaluating inspection and supervision of the construction and application of a quality management system according to national standard ISO 9001:2015 and integrating, connecting, and sharing data in the electronic ISO software
Abstract
Developing and building a quality management system according to the national standard ISO 9001:2015 in the electronic environment (referred to as electronic ISO) applied in quality management of state administrative procedures is currently an important issue in digital transformation. The electronic ISO system is also integrated, connecting and sharing data to synchronize shared systems in state management. This article proposes solutions to build an electronic ISO system based on the proposed analysis and design of system functions, databases, integration models, data connection and sharing in the electronic ISO system and applied in state management agencies, on the basis of implementation and evaluation of the system's effectiveness.
