Abstract
Applying Pragmatics theory on the studying methods of objective references in Literature works is a new method that not only brings deep interests of Literature but also is a linguistic base used to find out the literary artistic field. This article works out a new approach to identify the expressive value of the objective reference methods such as personal pronouns markers in Sống mòn written by Nam Cao. Based on that foundation, we point out the semantic and pragmatic functions as well as the value of these objective references to play a role in studying and discovering the Arts field of Nam Cao.
