Factors affecting sustainable tourism development: A case study in Quy Nhon city
Abstract
In this paper, we conduct an experimental study to explore and measure factors affecting sustainable tourism development in Quy Nhon city. The study carried out a survey of 230 tourists and locals. From data analysis using the techniques of quantitative research methods such as Cronbach's Alpha reliability analysis, EFA exploratory factor analysis and SEM structural equation model analysis, it is indicated that 6 out of 8 f actors affecting sustainable tourism development are tourism management organization, human resources, tourism resources, quality of tourism services, tour guides, community participation. We then propose some policy implications to enhance sustainable tourism development based on improving the identified influencing factors.
