Agricultural land recovery and compensation in Vietnam - Reality and solutions for legal regulation enhancement
Abstract
The activities of agricultural land recovery and compensation in Vietnam currently have many inadequacies , thus leading to the low agreement rate between land users and the State. Within the scope of the study, t his article mentions two issues including enforcement of land acquisition decision and payment of compensation through analysis of the provisions of the law on land and current implementation practice s . T he article then proposes solutions to improve the legal regulations to ensure the harmony interests between the State and the people in agricultural land recovery and compensation in Vietnam.
