Abstract
Currently, enterprises are continuously innovating their management practices to improve operational and business performance. Among the various factors influencing business efficiency, human resources play a pivotal role. Empirical evidence indicates that companies that invest in the development of human resources - both in terms of scale and quality - tend to achieve sustainable growth and operational effectiveness. This paper focuses on the theoretical foundation, current state, and proposes solutions to strengthen human resource management in a specific enterprise, with the aim of enhancing its overall business efficiency.
