Development of competency to apply knowledge and skills for students in teaching history high school
Abstract
Teaching innovation in the direction of developing students' competencies is thoroughly understood and implemented in all subjects and educational activities of high schools today. History is a compulsory subject in high school, along with other subjects contribute to the development of the main qualities and general competencies, and also must fulfill the goal of developing subject competencies for students. On the basis of the general introduction of the characteristics, composition and expression of historical competencies, the article clarifies the meaning of developing the competency to apply historical knowledge and skills for students. Especially, presenting specific illustrative examples related to developing the competency to apply knowledge and skills to students in teaching history at high schools, contributing to improving the quality of subject education.
