Abstract

Based on the analysis of the context and the current situation of high-school-teacher training of the Department of Physics, Quy Nhon University, the paper analyzed, evaluated and proposed solutions to improve the quality of teacher training program of the Department of Physics. These solutions have been discussed at the Department of Physics and partially implemented, which has resulted in some certain outcomes.
