Factors affecting investment in development of farm households’ rice production in Krong Bong district, Daklak province
Abstract
The development of farm households ’ rice production plays an important role in the agricultural development of Vietnam in general and Krong Bong district in particular. To increase the development of rice production in Krong Bong, it is necessary to determine the impact level of factors. The study use d the OLS regression method with a sample size of 160 households to evaluate the impact of factors on the amount of investment capital to develop farmers’ rice production. The results reveal six factors affecting the investment capital to develop farmers’ rice production, among which the profit and the price have the strongest impact. The article also proposed 6 groups of solutions aiming at increas ing investment in rice production in Krong Bong district, Dak Lak province.
