On the Milyutin regularity of set-valued mappings
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to study characterizes of Milyutin regularity of a set-valued mapping via local and non-local slope of the lower semicontinuous envelop of the distance function associated to the set-valued mapping. The use of the characterizes serves us the favourable conditions to establish the stability under perturbation of Milyutin regularity.
