A research on exercises for endurance development in football for male students majoring in Physical Education, Quy Nhon University
Abstract
The article has compiled sixty endurance exercises in football from document analysis and synthesis. Twenty-seven exercises were then selected using the interview method. The article has built up the experimental process based on specialized knowledge of physiology, biochemistry, amount of movement and break in each training session. An experimental process was established to apply these exercises to male students majoring in Physical Education at Quy Nhon University. Calculations using mathematical statistics methods after the experimental process demonstrated the effectiveness of these twenty-seven selected exercises in developing participants’ professional endurance.
