Evaluation of students’ physical strength development after applying series of physical practices at Quy Nhon University
Abstract
The study reports on the evaluation result of improving the physical strength of 500 students Course 43 of Quy Nhon University, including 250 males and 250 femalesafter applying a series of experimental exercises. The experimental group performed significantly better than the control group, with p < 0,05. After the experimental semester, the suggested exercises included in the formal course of physical education helped most of students obtain better performance in their grade.
