Promoting the application of electronic ISO with building electronic government and digital transformation
Abstract
O ur country is c urrently in the process of digital transformation and building electronic government. Promoting the application of electronic ISO system (standard of quality management ISO 9001:2015 in the electronic environment) to evaluate and improve the process of performing certain tasks is extremely important, especially evaluating the improvement in state administrative procedures. Th is article presents the application promotion of ISO 9001 in the electronic environment with the operations of state administrative agencies and proposes an electronic ISO model based on analysis of the digital transformation , associated with e-government and digital transformation .
