The impact of social capital on employment ability of new graduates of the Faculty of the Economics and Accounting at Quy Nhon University
Abstract
The study surveyed 204 graduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Accounting to determine the impact of social capital on their ability to find jobs through a logistic regression model. Research results show that social capital factors includ ing Frequency of contact with friends, Frequency of contact with family and relatives, Number of organizations and groups involved, Education level , Father's education level and family trust level all have a positive impact on the ability of students of the Faculty of Economics and Accounting to find a job. Besides, research results also show that the higher the academic performance rating is , the greater the likelihood of finding a job becomes .
