Abstract

“ Art of Bai choi ” was officially recognized as intangible heritage by the Intergovernmental Committee of the UNESCO Convention in 2017. This brings great joy to the people of Binh Dinh because Binh Dinh is the place where Bai choi was created and flourished.  Bai Choi has become familiar with the majority of Binh Dinh people for a long time, but it seems strange to younger generations. Therefore, preservation and conservation of “ Art of Bai choi ” is an important mission, especially for students. There are many ways to preserve and promote the value of “ Art of Bai choi ” , among which introduction to to primary school students is a viable option.
